You Are Called To Worship
We are created and called to worship
Jesus quotes Deuteronomy 6:4–5 and calls it the most important commandment: "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." (Mark 12:29-30). This is a call to worship, and by identifying it as the most important of all God's commands, He definitively affirmed that worship is everyone's top priority.
Because the call to worship comes from God, we are reminded that He is the initiator, we respond to this calling. Being called to worship is not a superficial or formal calling, so we need to be aware of the responsibility and the joyful privilege.
Today's Christians have to fight for a better life in a society with so many unpredictable changes. It's hard to stay focused on God. Let's join CTW to create a community where we can remind each other of a true life of worship, living for the glory of God.
